It supports the release of negative thought patterns, emotional overwhelm, low self-esteem, and self-sabotaging behaviours. Hypnotherapy can also help with chronic stress, trauma responses, compulsive habits, and even psychosomatic symptoms—offering a gentle, holistic path toward lasting change and wellbeing.
This first session is designed to help us get to know each other and begin shaping a path forward based on your unique needs and goals. We’ll explore a little about you, including your health history, your aspirations—both immediate and long-term—and what you'd like to achieve through hypnotherapy.
All health information you share will remain strictly confidential and will be used solely to support your progress and wellbeing.
Session Structure (60 minutes via video link, where possible):
🔹 First 20 minutes: We’ll take a detailed medical and health history.
🔹 Next 20 minutes: We’ll explore your specific goals and discuss how hypnotherapy can support you.
🔹 Final 20 minutes: I’ll guide you through an introductory physical relaxation session to give you a feel for the process.
Please come to the session in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed, and feel free to bring any questions you may have.
Each of these three sessions will focus on achieving complete physical relaxation leading to your conscious mind being able to focus on a familiar, safe and totally tranquil place where it will remain for around 30 minutes enabling me to converse with your subconscious mind and offer positive reinforcement / programming which it will in turn use to provide your conscious mind the power to confront and ultimately overcome the challenges you are facing.
