3 x guided Hypnotherapy Sessions led by Dr Paul Deighton and tailored to your specific needs. 

Each of these three sessions will focus on achieving complete physical relaxation leading to your conscious mind being able to focus on a familiar, safe and totally tranquil place where it will remain for around 30 minutes enabling me to converse with your subconscious mind and offer positive reinforcement / programing which it will in turn use to provide your conscious mind the power to confront and ultimately overcome the challenges you are facing.
